Western Ave/ Sewall St
Canines will love a trip to Capitol Park when in
Augusta! This is a pawsome park where you can wander around the walking trails
and stretch you and your pup’s legs, as well as burn some excitable energy. There
are lots of monuments and war memorials you can wander around and look at, with benches and
picnic tables so you can relax. The park also leads up to the State House. If your
pup has been a good boy or girl then don’t forget to drop by the Dairy Queen!
Here you can get your paws into some delicious food, such as hotdogs, burgers
and friends, as well as order a special Pup Cup for your beloved companion.
