When you are in Rockland, try the Captain Jack Lobster Boat Adventure! This is a puptastic way to have some fun with your pooch since you can both come on board and see how Captain Jack traps his lobster, as well as crabs and sea urchins. Your pup will love the fresh sea breeze as you can enjoy views of the Owls Head and Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse! If you are visiting Rockland and need a place to stay with your pup, check into the 250 Main Hotel. This is a pawsome place since you can bring pooches of any size for only a small additional fee per night.

Here you can tuck into some delicious seafood dishes, such as lobster pie and baked sea scallops, as well as steak and pork sandwiches. Here you will find the pawsome Breakwater and Marie Reed Park, which offers plenty of space for exercise and enjoying some playtime. There is lots of grass here for rolling and roaming, as well as enjoying a game of fetch with a ball or Frisbee. There are also some trees that provide some welcome shade when it is hot and sunny. Other puptastic amenities at Breakwater and Marie Reed Park include a basketball court and two tennis courts.

For an adventure with your furry friend, you have got to take a road trip to Owls Head! Here you can visit the pawsome Birch Point State Park and bring your doggo along for some exercise. This is a beautiful oceanfront beach where there is plenty of blue sea and golden sand. In addition, there is also some greenery and trees that your pup will enjoy investigating. You can relax here and have a picnic with your pup, as well as take the oppawtunity to spot wildlife and admire the scenery. All canines are welcome at Birch Point State Park, as long as he or she remains on leash.

For a furrific day out with your beloved companion, head on over to the puptown of Camden! This is home to the puptastic Camden Hills State Park where you can go hiking with your furry friend on one of the sniff-tastic trials through the woodlands. All pups can be top dog here, as long as he or she remain on leash. If you get hungry, stop by the Drouthy Bear! Here you can get your paws into some delicious pub grub and enjoy a refreshing beverage. With outdoor tables here, your pooch is welcome to join you and watch the world go by.
