The Memorial Dog Park is an off-leash dog park that has two separate areas for different sized dogs. It is completely fenced in, so you don’t have to worry about your pooch getting lost. There are benches and picnic tables for owners and plenty of shade for everyone. The terrain is mostly grass with a little dirt mixed in. Your pup will love sniffing all of the new scents and exploring at this park! There is a water fountain right outside the fence, so you'll just need to bring a bowl for your canine pal. Bring your pup’s favorite ball and enjoy a day of fun together!

Canal Fulton

If you want your pup to run off some energy, this neighborhood has the perfect place for that. Canal Fulton is about 11 miles from Barberton, and is home to the Canal Fulton Dog Park. It is an off-leash dog park with plenty of room to run. Your pup will love the feel of the soft grass under their paws and all of the different scents to be sniffed. The park is completely fenced in for extra safety. Benches are also provided for pet parents. The park has two different areas so you won’t have to worry about your smaller pup ruffhousing with the big boys. There are a few trees for shade, and the park has water fountains for thirsty canine friends. This park is the pawfect place for a nice game of fetch!

Chapel Hill

Looking to bond with your pooch? This Akron neighborhood, located just 13 miles from Barberton, has the place to do just that. The Keyser Dog Park is an off-leash park that is totally fenced in. This 2-acre, grassy park has more than enough room for your pal to romp and play. There is a picnic table and a bench, along with several trees for shade. Your pup will love playing with the hydrant and making friends with the other canines. Bring some extra water, since none is provided here. Extra doggie waste bags are a must, too; after all, no one likes a litterbug!

Memorial Pkwy

This is a great neighborhood to get some exercise in with your pooch. The best part? It's only 7 miles outside of Barberton, and is home to the Akron Dog Park at Cascade Valley Park. This off-leash, fenced-in dog park has plenty of room for your pup to run to his heart's content. If your pooch is social, there are other dogs to make friends with here. If your pooch is more of a loner, the park is big enough that he can play alone if he likes. Every pup is happy here! The terrain is mainly grass. There are some trees for shade and some benches in the park. You will need to bring water and doggie waste bags with you, though. Put on your walking shoes and enjoy a day of running and romping with your pooch!

Cross Creek

Your pooch will love the park in this neighborhood! The Brunswick Dog Park is 28 miles outside of Barberton, and is open daily until dark. This off-leash dog park is totally fenced in so you don't have to worry about your pooch running too far. The surface is mainly grass so it is comfy for your pup’s paws. You need to provide a current dog license as well as proof of vaccinations to play at this park. Waste bags and trash cans are provided for you to clean up after your canine pal but you will need to bring water with you. Something to keep in mind is that there is very limited shade, so you and your pooch can get hot quickly here. There are benches and picnic tables available for the owners, though, so you can rest and relax while your pal plays.
