Dog Areas in Mauldin

5 Eateries

Mauldin is a small and busy little city located just south of Greenville, South Carolina. While the roads are always racing with vehicles, there’s plenty of lodging and loads of food for you to enjoy while you’re visiting.

One place that is a must-see is Chicora Alley, a hidden gem in the rough. The delicious Chicora Alley restaurant offerings are a mixture of Caribbean and Southern, so you know you’re in for a treat for the taste buds. The outdoor deck is dog-friendly, and the restaurant is only ten minutes from Conestee Dog Park.

Enjoy a great meal, and then pack up to take your dog for a daring day out at the dog park, making friends with other pups and hogging all the toys. Water is provided, as are some toys and doggie waste bags. You can feel free to bring Fido’s favorites, just be sure that your doggie knows how to share! There is a separate area for large and small dogs, and while small dogs are generally welcomed in the large dog area, the opposite is not true, save for very mellow and senior dogs. The locals are extremely welcoming, so you and your dog are sure to have a howling good time!
