You and your pup will be able to get out and explore in Hoffman Park here. This 53-acre facility includes a picnic area and grill where you can enjoy an outdoor meal with your pooch, athletic fields, and trails. Go for a jog or hike on the Mound Park Trail that winds through wooded areas in this area. Dogs are permitted in the park as long as they're on a leash that's up to eight feet long. Remember to pick up after your pup.

The neighborhood of Golfview is a residential area that's bordered by the River Falls Golf Club on the east and a passive park complex on the west. In this community, you'll be able to leash up your pup and head to the Golfview Park area in the Cernohous Dentition Basin to get some exercise. There are two tracts of land on either side of the 35/65 bypass. Both the east and west side have soccer fields, open spaces, and wooded areas. You can bring dogs to this park as long as they're on a leash that's no longer than eight feet and you pick up their waste.

Take Fido to Larsen Park off Sorensen Avenue to wander along the trail that circles the hill in the center of the park. From here, you can join up with the Cemetery Road pathway. This paved pathway loops through Happy Valley and offers a 13.2-mile round trip. Make sure that you keep your pup on an eight-foot or shorter leash and that you stay to the right side of the trail to allow room for cyclists.

This trail connects to the Riverwalk Pathway to the north and the Kinnickkinnic River Trail to the south. Enjoy a hike or jog along the water with your pooch.
