Northern Brookline
This is a great place to spend a sunny summer day or a chilly winter day with your pup. The Corey Hill Outlook Park has a beautiful view and a lot of room for you and your pooch. It is set on a hill with dirt trails and grassy areas. Your pooch can be off their leash until 9 AM as long as you have purchased a tag for them. The rest of the day they will need to be on a leash. There are benches and some scattered trees for shade. You will need to bring some water and doggy waste bags with you. If you and Fido work up an appetite, head to the pet-friendly Dorado Tacos and Cemitas!

If you are looking to have a fun day in the sun with your pup, you definitely want to visit the Nahant Doggie Beach. It is located about 17 miles from Brookline, but the drive is totally worth it. Parking is available to the public for only $3. Dogs are only allowed at certain times of the year, but reviews say they are welcome all year-round. You may want to check the rules online while planning your visit. This beach is an off-leash beach so your pal can feel free to sniff around and explore.
