Anoka is a furiendly city located in Anoka county, Minnesota. This puptown has a modest population and is one of the suburbs of the Twin Cities. While Anoka is famous for being the first place in the US to host Halloween celebrations, there are also plenty of parks that make for a putastic adventure!
