The Municipal Park hosts a variety of activities and sports facilities, including softball-baseball fields, tennis courts, sand volleyball, a batting cage, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard courts, and more. Located right next to the Benson Civic Center, the park often hosts community events and welcomes both residents and visitors to enjoy its facilities. The park also boasts a 900 square foot picnic shelter, which is rentable by residents and non-residents for a daily fee. Next to the picnic shelter is a large playground for kids. Downtown Dunn

Hungry for classic American grub? Then you're in luck! Just a few miles from Benson is the Downtown Dunn neighborhood in the City of Dunn, where you and Fido will find some of the best juicy burgers and hotdogs around. Yep; the Hamburger and Hotdog Haven in Downtown Dunn offers just that, and more! Come and grab a seat on their outdoor tables to sink your teeth into these pawpular all-American favorites. The menu also offers sandwiches and "meat and 2" plates for extra hungry doggoes. Beware that there is limited shade available around the pup-friendly seating outdoors, so make sure to ask your server for some water for your pup or carry along your own.

West Dunn

This beautiful trail invites both residents and locals to enjoy the nature in Erwin. The riverwalk features clean, well-maintained paths with benches to maximize convenience and comfortability. The length of the River Trail extends up to 16 acres, featuring a variety of amenities. Enjoy picnic shelters, canoeing access, hiking, and more! Best of all, get some of the best views Erwin has to offer by stopping at the many overlooks while along the trail. You won't regret it!

East Four Oaks

In search of RV accommodation, camping, and more? Then take a short drive to the woofderful East Four Oaks neighborhood in the nearby town of Four Oaks. There is the Four Oaks Lodging & Resort which houses any sized RV, small or large, on its spacious campground.
