East Clayton

East Clayton Dog Park has two areas for you to bring your dog to so that they can run and play off-leash. There are always a few dogs here so that your dog can get the socialization that they desire. You will be happy with all the benches set up in shady spots so that you can watch your fur baby play. While you are here, you will find that there are water spots and poop bags so that you can take care of your dog’s needs. This dog park is only twenty minutes from Hocutts Crossroads, so hop in the car and hit the road!

Carolina Pines

Carolina Pines Community Dog Park is just right for larger dogs. They do have a smaller dog section set up for older dogs, but it is relatively small. You will like that the large park is almost completely shaded. There are lots of benches to sit on and watch your dog play. They also provide water and poop bags so that you don’t have to worry about forgetting yours. While you are here, your pup is sure to make a new fur friend or two. The other pet owners are friendly and welcoming to new pet owners.

Knightdale Station

In under twenty minutes, you can get from Hocutts Crossroads to Ashley Wilder Dog Park. As one of the bigger dog parks of the area, it offers your dog a chance to get off his leash and run for a little while. The grounds are well cared for and covered in grass. You will have to supply your own poop bags, but the park has water and bowls on-site for you to use. The gate is a single gate system, so always be sure to close it behind you. In addition to getting that mutts-needed exercise, Fido is sure to make some new fur-iends here.
