I grew up with a dog and a bunch of barn cats, was always the designated dog walker at family gatherings and served in the Peace Corps where I frequently removed ticks from dogs and cats who only had limited interactions with people.

“Big or small, I love them all!”

I started my career with animal care in 2009, when moved from VA to NC to join the vet tech program at Gaston College. Currently I work, as needed, at a busy animal emergency hospital in Charlotte. I'm available full time and am fully capable of caring for your pets during your absence. Whether the absence is an afternoon walk, or a weekend getaway I will follow any instructions you leave regarding the care of your pets. “No dog is too big or too small for me”

Hi. My name is Patty. I am an animal lover especially a dog lover. I own a 13 year Aussie-chon and am in open arms when my friends need a sitter for their dog. I have worked at a veterinarian office in the past and i like to better increase my dog and animal knowledge by taking online courses in dog behavior and psychology. I also love physical activity so no dog is too large or too small for me.

As a volunteer for Cause for Paws, I was tasked with waste removal, walking, cleaning and overnight boarding shifts with the dogs of the shelter. My love for dogs came at a young age as I grew up tending to the dogs of my relatives and neighbors’. My love drew me to my chocolate boxer and husky of 12 years; both lived a full and wonderful life. <3

I retired in 2008, it wasn't much fun so I decided to share my time and love, not just with my dogs, but with others. My goal is to form a bond that allows me to be trusted by the pets and reliable to their parents. It is a pleasure to spend time, caring for and playing with your pet. I am willing to take your pup for a short walk, or play with them in your backyard. I currently have cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, and guinea pigs. I would love to add your pets to my day.

Dog Walking in Salisbury

Besides being a tasty dinner time item, Salisbury is a beautiful town in the county of Rowan in North Carolina. Salisbury is known for being home to one of North Carolina’s favorite drinks, Cheerwine, and to the National Sportscasters and Sportswriter Association. Grab a bite to eat at one of the great eateries that Fido is more then welcome to join you at. Check out Jersey Mike’s Subs, and grab a great sandwich with you dog. They have an outdoor patio that your dog can sit at with you while you enjoy a nice meal. If you’re from out of town and need a place to stay with Fido, Salisbury has numerous dog friendly hotels to stay at. Check into the Hampton Inn Salisbury or Econo Lodge Salisbury and get a good night sleep with your furry friend.
