There is also a scenic pond surrounded by a concrete path. Benches, trash receptacles and dog stations are located around the pond’s perimeter. Windcrest’s Windy Hollow neighborhood is located just south of Takas Park, and is home to the end of one of the area’s most beautiful trails. The trail, thanks to a grant from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, runs from this neighborhood all the way to Takas Park. When your dog needs to get out and stretch his legs, take him for a walk along the trail and enjoy its bridges and benches along the way.
