Dog Walking in Dulles
Dulles is an unincorporated area in Loudoun County, Virginia, located within the Washington metropolitan area. The official community covers the southwestern third of neighbouring Sterling and there is still some confusion over borders. The name ‘Dulles’ was only approved for use by residents and businesses in the area in the mid-1980s. Regardless of names, this place is a lovely spot to spend time in with your pet! There aren’t any vets in the location of Dulles, however there is an animal hospital listed for the town in the Dulles Town Centre shopping district, north of Sterling. There are several more vet clinics and animal hospitals in neighboring Herndon.
For a tasty meal at a pet-friendly place, head to Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery is located in the northern section of the locality of Dulles where you can sit with your pup at one of the seven outdoor tables. This relaxed sports pub has a variety of bar bites and hearty pub grub, such as wings, burgers and good old fish and chips.
While you are up here, take a walk with your
on-lead pup around the Dulles Town Centre shopping precinct and along Dulles
Centre Blvd. This circuit is around 2.2 miles and a great way to get out and
check out the many shops up here.
From here, there are many more pawriffic places to take your pup for a great
time around Dulles. Here are just a few ideas for you!

Once you leave the dog park, pop your pet back on the lead and take a walk around this well-groomed park. There is a fantastic playground for the kids here, as well as a paved walking trail and fitness area for you to test out. Close by is the D&L Lunchtime park with another short paved trail and boardwalk, where you can come for a wander with your pet.

Chandon Park
Chandon Park
The Chandon Dog Park at Chandon Park in Herndon is a
great place to give your pup the opportunity to run free of the lead. This
safe, fenced park is roomy, with a separate area for the little pups to play.
Your pet will enjoy testing his skills on the agility equipment and playing in
the wading pools in summer. Drinking water and waste bags are provided here and
there are plenty of benches for you to sit at while you supervise. This place
can get muddy in wet weather, so it is wise to pack a towel for when you get

Bready Park in
Herndon is a well-maintained park with a playground, ball fields and tennis
courts, and a great place for a fun family day out! Your leashed pup will love wandering
the park’s grounds with you, or relaxing on the
grass while you enjoy a picnic. You can also access the W&OD
Trail from here, a 45-mile linear trail following the path of an abandoned
railway line. Keep track of how far you have walked out, as you will need to
return the same way. You may like to walk the half mile up to Trailside Park

waste he leaves behind. Stratton Woods Park also has a playground, tennis
courts, volleyball courts and a softball field for the kids to enjoy. There are
also picnic tables and reservable shelters on site, as well as plenty of open
