Picher Christmas Parade

At the very beginning of December every year, Picher, Oklahoma locals take to the streets to enjoy a parade like no other. While it hasn't been running all that long, it still incorporates Santa Paws, antique cars, floats, marching bands, and more. It's also held at 10 am and is suitable for your dog to attend as well.

Miami Christmas Parade

If you are going to be attending any Christmas parade with your pooch this year, let it be the one in the heart of Miami, following Route 66 down the main street. Every year, the parade has a theme, with 2018's following Downtown Charlie Brown. The parade is also held at the beginning of December every year and is a fun occasion for all. 

Santa's Parade of the Elves

If you and your four-legged friend are hanging out to see Santa Paws, then make sure you attend the Parade of the Elves in South Miami. Enjoy floats, marching bands, holiday characters, and more. There will also be live entertainments, giveaways, and arts and crafts. Take your place on Sunset Drive down to Red Road on 72nd to 74th Streets.

Miami Outboard Club Holiday Boat Parade

If your family wants to enjoy family-friendly activities, then put your pooch on a leash and head to the Miami Outboard Club Holiday Boat Parade. You can watch proceedings from Bay Front Park, then take part in different activities with DJ music. You can then take your dog home and return for the fireworks display at 9 pm. 

Santa on the Beach

Want something for free? Then it might be time to pencil Santa's Giveaway into your calendar. Held at Fort Lauderdale Beach Park, it's a chance for you and your pooch to meet Santa but also get a free candy cane! Santa is all about spreading holiday cheer. There is also a motorcade with Santa which starts at Police headquarters before hitting Fort Lauderdale Beach Hub.
