Hello. I am Yvonne. When I am not walking dogs, I am an operational meteorologist for the U.S. Air Force. While I do admit that cats were my first love, in 2004 I got my first dog, a pug named Monster. I then became a dog person. After Monster, I rescued another pug from a shelter. His name was Budda. They have since passed. Currently I own a Bedlington Terrier named Payton. I have volunteered with various shelters and pug rescues across the country. Can’t wait to meet your dog!

“Let’s walk!”

I am the mom of two rescue pups, a Golden Retriever/Brittany mix from the streets of Philadelphia and a Boxer/Beagle mix from the mountains of West Virginia. I work as a volunteer for a Golden Retriever Rescue Group in MD. I have owned dogs my entire life and have a soft spot in my heart for them. I would love to be the bright spot to your dog's day by showing up to take him or her out for a mid-day walk. I look forward to meeting lots of fun fur-friends!

“I love dogs so much that I adopted my own!”

I grew up around dogs and just recently adopted one of my own! I love to walk mine and my family’s dogs around the neighborhood and take them on the occasional hike. My new dog is full of energy so he’ll actually come running with me while I bike! Great with animals and people. I'm a grad student trying to make a little extra money for loan repayment and what better way than to meet and walk some furry friends?! I've worked with dogs of all sizes (5-150 pounds!).

I have cared for and owned dogs of all sizes and personalities from Yorkshire terriers to st. Bernard's and Great Danes, and friendly to everyone to extremely selective. I am comfortable with ANY size and type of dog! I also understand no two dogs are the same and they have their own personalities as much as humans do and feel I can properly adjust to accommodate the different personalities and needs of most dogs!! I currently have an extremely friendly golden retriever, a border collie/Aussie mix that loves anyone (especially if they will play ball or tug), a selectively friendly German shepherd who takes a little bit more time to get comfortable with people and a Belgian Malinois who has to be introduced to new people properly but once she is you will be her best friend for life.

“No dog is too big or small I want to walk them all”

My name is Leigh. I'm a huge animal lover. Growing up my family had black labs that I got to play with and walk often. As an adult, I don't live in a situation where I can have a dog so I'm excited to spend time with your puppy instead.

Dog Walking in Bear

Once a small farming community, the city of Bear is now a popular shopping and housing district near Wilmington, DE. Dog owners enjoy the area for its proximity to the Delaware River and the outdoor activities available nearby. Llangollen Park is a beautiful community with a quiet park where Fido can romp and roam through the grassy area and work off some excess energy. Another option when walking your pooch is Buckley Park where you can walk laps around the tennis courts and enjoy the fresh air, or relax on a bench after refilling your water bottles at the drinking fountain.

Skilled doctors and staff at three veterinarian clinics in Bear offer the best medical care for your furry family members. Whether you need emergency care after hours or a routine appointment, you will not have to look far to find caring and compassionate technicians to take care of Fido. After taking your pooch for his shots at the vet, you might want to stop by Dairy Queen for an ice cream and pamper your pup at one of the outdoor tables.

If you are looking for a more substantial meal after a day out with the family, Zoes Kitchen is a casual restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine. You and your pup can relax on the outdoor patio and enjoy chatting with family and friends. When looking for a pet-friendly place to stay the night, Best Western Plus allows pups for an additional fee. Just make sure to call ahead and reserve on of the pet-friendly rooms.
