The unincorporated community of Deepwater is in Pennsville Township just north of the Delaware Memorial Bridge. This small residential area is just off US Highway 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike. You and your pooch will have easy access to a variety of outdoor activities from here. The nearest veterinarian is located a little over a mile away.

Enjoy some time by the water with your pup at Riverview Park, located less than three miles south of Deepwater. Walk or jog on the trail that winds around this pupful facility that includes open green space, a pond, and a disc golf course. Dogs on a leash are welcome here.

Treat your furry friend to some off-leash play time by heading to Banning Regional Park outside of Wilmington. There's a dog park here that has separate fenced enclosures for small and large dogs. Each area includes shade trees and watering stations.
