“Your Dogs BFF!!!”

www.Instagram.com/ATLPetLover to view interactions. I have always loved animals as a child and would often bring stray dogs home and care for them; as I was an outcast kid/teen with little to no friends. Ever since I can remember I have always had some type of animal. From dogs, birds, crawfish, hamsters, rabbits, geico, and a few turtles; even camels. My recent experience with 2 displaced cats (Bob)-Tabby & (Cali)-Calico is what changed my entire life and connection with animals.

“Dog walker & dog boarder extraordinaire!”

I'm Karen and caring for pets is my full-time job. One of my favorite activities is dog walking, both my own dogs and other people's dogs. There is something very satisfying to see a dog's tail wagging with enjoyment as they get ready for their walk and then continue wagging their tail as they complete their walk! For the pups that stay with me, their experience is like going to camp. I have a doggy door and a big fenced-in backyard. Dogs love staying with me!!

“A walk a day keeps the vet away :)”

Hi! I have over 15 years of experience taking care of animals. I currently own three cats, a 10yr old Siberian Husky and 16yr old Cocker Spaniel. I can walk multiple dogs at once & pulling is not an issue. I have experience with handicapped dogs and had a husky with a wheelchair so special requests are certainly understandable. I love pet sitting and boarding. I’ll take care of your baby just as my own with lots of TLC <3. Whatever you need I’m your girl! Can’t wait to meet you and your pup(s)!

Hi! My name is David and I absolutely love animals! I grew up with German Shepherds and help take care of my friend's pets when needed. I believe it's important to understand an animal's individual needs and likes to form a great relationship with them .. kinda like people. Growing up I also would go to St. Hubert's summer camp to better learn about dogs (temperament, how to approach, patience, love, etc) and this has helped me greatly when encountering people's pets. Looking forward to meeting yours!

Duluth, Georgia may be known for its’ culture and proximity beautiful lakes and mountains, but it’s also home to many pet-friendly attractions and events. If you’re looking for something to do with Fido, there are many options for pets and owners to explore the area.

One of the best dog parks (and local favorite!) in the area is the Chattapoochee Dog Park. This huge play area offers fenced-in spaces for small and large dogs, with both grassy and wooded areas. There are doggy water fountains and sprinklers for your pet to keep cool, and benches for owners. There are also some rock formations and agility structures for dogs who need a little something extra!

If you’re looking for something special, try Stone Mountain. This is the site of the largest bas-relief in the world. This 1,686-foot high mountain (a monadnock - surrounded by flat land) is sure to stun. Leashed dogs are welcome in several areas around the mountain. Lake Lanier is also an exceptionally beautiful place for you and Fido to visit though some of their beaches are pet-restricted. Leashed dogs are allowed at many of the beaches and parks, including the Nix Bridge, Mountain View, Long Hollow, Sardis Creek, and Duckett Mill.
