Waialua is a gorgeous beach city located on the North Shore of O'ahu. Originally one of the six cities of ancient Hawaii, Waialua has since evolved into a tourist area. With a few dog friendly hiking trails and some delicious restaurants, Fido will be excited to check out Waialua with you. Two veterinarians call this beach town home, so you can insure that Fido will be both happy and healthy while visiting.

The Aweoweo Beach Park is a pawsome spot to visit when you and Fido are looking to relax by the ocean or get a good walk in. The park offers restrooms, basketball courts, and a playground on top of being right on the beach. Although it is relatively unknown to tourists, this beach is popular since there are always turtles out and about. Make sure to keep your pup on a leash while visiting, and keep him above the high tide line.

If you and Fido are looking for a quieter beach, check out the Pu'Uiki Beach Park. This beach park offers camping and a picnic area if you and Fido want to dine outside in the sand.

Jerry's Pizza Mill is a fantastic spot to stop in and chow down if you are feeling a bit peckish. Offering hearty Italian fare such as pizza, baked meatballs or chicken, Jerry's Pizza Mill also features a dog friendly patio where you and Fido can eat together.
