There aren't many trees to help provide shade, so make sure to bring plenty of water with you while you are visiting the park. Get a good walk in through the park, and if Fido is itching to go further, just take it down to the Hans L'Orange Park down the street.24

The Waikele Community Park is a great 5-acre area where Fido can go out and explore.
