Hi, My name is Paul and I have had rescued three dogs since 1997. I had a large Bull Mastiff / St. Bernard mix named Veego that passed away at around 15 in 2012. I have had a German Shepherd since 2005, Honey is currently 14 years old. I have also had a Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Ben since 2007 that is about to be ten. I have pet sat for lots of friends in the past. Pitbulls, Rotweiller, Labradors, Boxer, Pug, Chihuahuas, French Bulldog, and a few Terriers. Seeing any dog always puts a smile on my face, from abandoned rescues to show dogs. I enjoy learning their unique personalities and quirks. I will treat your dog (and home) like I do my own, with love and care. I've also been vegetarian / vegan for over 25 years and like to stay active. Reliable transportation for North Shore and Boston.

Deer Island is a beautiful 2.6-mile island which gives you and your pup the perfect place for a great walk and some outdoor activities. The park includes a walking and jogging path, plus fishing, picnicking, and a great view of the ocean and of downtown Boston. Before Deer Island became a National Recreation Area, it was once a prison for the greater Massachusetts area, meaning there is history to explore here with the flora and fauna. Make sure to bring water with you while you and your pup explore this cool island off the peninsula of Winthrop. After checking out Deer Island, head over to Coughlin Park, another pawsome park off the coast. The park is fenced in and has a playground, benches, sports fields and a picnic area. If Fido isn't a fan of loud sounds, this may not be the park for him since a lot of planes fly overhead to land at the airport.

The park borders the short Beach Creek, and on the other side of the creek is the Fredricks Park. This smaller park offers a less crowded feel, plus it has a nice walking path and playground.
