The small-town charm can be found within the quiet residential quarters centered around Hannah More Park. This lush and popular public facility is a place of interest for dog walkers and dog owners since the park offers an expansive area with walking trails. A fenced dog park is also hidden in the southeastern corner, offering some off-leash fun for pooches! BARC Park is a very basic enclosure with just a fence and some grass, but make no bones about it -- Fido will pawsitively love playing here!

Located in close proximity to Towson, Woodbrook is a neighborhood in the northern part of Baltimore. The area is attractive for visitors thanks to the expansive Lake Roland. A walking loop around the lake will lead you to Lake Roland Nature Council, a pet-friendly organization offering a grassy, fenced spot for pooches to run and play off-leash. Have a blast at Paw Point Dog Park, or explore one of the many trails here! You don't need to worry about bringing anything -- the park has benches, drinking water, and waste bags. The area also provides some waterfront activities, but you have to make a reservation in advance.

Liberty Dog Park, a furrific park for pups, is located right in the heart of the bustling capital. It may be not the quietest park in the world, but it has lots of doggie visitors to play with! Another pet-friendly area with a fence, lots of shade, and grass is hidden away from the buzz of the city, on 4th Avenue. Howards Dog Park is a comfortable place with benches for owners and plenty of space for pups to burn some energy! It's up to you to bring drinking water and waste bags.
