The small, rural community of Woodlyn Meadows is just over 20 miles northeast of Baltimore. This residential village is surrounded by farmland and forest. When you're in need of professional care for your pooch, there's a veterinarian in Fallston about 1.5 miles to the east.

If you're looking for a pawtastic adventure with your furry friend, take him to the Sweet Air Area of the Gunpowder Falls State Park. Take your pooch about 5.4 miles northeast to go hiking on the Ma and Pa Heritage Trail. The Bel Air section of this multi-use pathway stretches for 3.3 miles. There's a parking lot off County Home Road in Heavenly Waters Park where you can connect to the trail.

Treat Spot to some off-leash socialization with other furry friends at Perry Paw Dog Park in Perry Hall. To use the facility, you'll need to register for an annual membership. Dogs must be current on vaccinations and have a county license.

Woodlyn Meadows and the surrounding areas offer access to several pet-friendly outdoor recreational facilities.
