Lots of outdoor adventures await you here. Pack up your pup and head to Gales Pond County Park which offers a pup-tastic walking trail for you both to enjoy. Fido will love this stroll on leash around the pond offering scenic views. Restrooms are on site here.  

Hop on the Hart Trail, which features a paved path through the forest, offering lots of shade on those hot, summer days. 

The Hart-Montague Trail is also in town, and begins at the William Field Memorial, allowing you and Fido an amazing 22-miles of paved trail, which is perfect for all pup-abilities. Be sure to keep your pup on leash on this shared-use path.

When you work up an appetite, head to the Colonial Bar and Grille for great American fare, or grab a slice at B.C. Pizza. Both offer pup-friendly outdoor tables.

There are almost 3000 acres on both Lake Michigan and Silver Lake for you to enjoy. Pup will love the hiking trails which meander throughout forests and open sand dunes in the Ruckel’s Bridge day-use area here. You should always keep your pup on leash and remember to clean up after them.
