Grab Fido and head out on to the River Road Trailhead to get a good walk in with your furry pal. The trail takes you through the Huron National Forest and offers a twenty-two-mile hike. The forest sits between Lake Michigan and Lake Huron, with over one-million acres waiting to be explored. Journey through a lush forest where you will be shaded on your hike, and admire beautiful vistas along the way. The Eagle Run Trail also offers you a beautiful view of the lower AuSable River as you hike. This trail is a quiet one and remote, so if Fido likes less people on his walks this is the trail for you.
