Northeast-Wilson Park

Ruffly 16 miles away from Clearwater, your doggo can enjoy the perks of the nice Wilson Dog Park, for which you will need a permit. You can discover the park in the Northeast-Wilson Park neighborhood of Saint Cloud. Other than the fact that doggies can run freely in this off-leash fenced area, they can also swim! The park includes access to the Mississipi River, and the grass and lush trees will make you forget that you're in a town! Outside of the fenced area, there are bathrooms, BBQ pits, playgrounds, basketball courts and fishing spots, which makes this place pawfect for the whole family. 

North Saint Cloud

Another furrific place close to Clearwater is the Whitney Park Dog Park. To visit this park, you will need a permit so your doggo can enjoy the perks of a free, fenced running area. The best thing about this piece of doggie heaven is that the multiple trees there provide a thick shade that makes the park pleasant in the hot weather. Although the place is not so big, your pupper will surely have a pawsitive experience playing on the agility courses and meeting new fur friends. Water and complementary waste baggies are available in the park, so just bring plenty of energy to play!

Pantown

Nineteen miles from Clearwater is yet another park that will welcome your doggo to run off-leash and socialize. To visit Jaycees Dog Park, you will have to pay a fee for non-residents, but you can also buy a daily pass. This park would be suitable for those who want their small pupper to be in a separate area from the big pooches. In addition, the park provides a pawesome atmosphere with friendly dogs and trees that provide cool shade. For the owners, there are picnic tables on which you can rest up and look over your furbaby. Bring water and baggies.

North Hanover

If your pup is not really into being fenced in a small area and wants to explore freely, head to Crow-Hassan Park Reserve. This park is the whole pawckage! It's around 40 acres and offers our furry friends three miles of off-leash hiking trails. Large open spaces, wooded terrains, and a river are all at your disposal. For a better experience of the doggie owners, there are restrooms and plenty of parking, and poop baggies provided for cleaning after your pooch. This gem will be the right place for the energetic pups that need a lot of running and swimming around.  

East Watertown

A little bit further than the other places from Clearwater, you can enjoy the amenities that Watertown Dog Park has to offer you and your pup. You can access this park at the eastern part of Watertown, which is about 40 miles away. If you decide to make the drive, your pup will be able to enjoy around 4 acres of terrain divided into two sections for small and large breeds. Portable water and waste baggies are provided, and the dog pawrents will be able to relax at the seating areas. The grassy ground will be gentle on your pup's paws, and the trees will shelter your furbaby during the dog days of summer.
