County Rd 39 / Cameron Ave NE

Take your pup out to the Dog Park for a fun afternoon out off leash. The dog park has two seperate areas, one for large pups and one for small, so your dog can play with dogs their own size. The park also offers picnic tables for owners to relax at, clean-up bag stations, and water is provided. If your dog isn't up for socializing, head over to the Montiview Park just down the road. This 5-arce park offers a trail that you and your dog can use for an awesome walk, and is also home to a mountain bike challenge course.

W Broadway Street/ W River Street

The Montissippi County Park is a pawsome park to take your pup to for a great day. The park features 170-acres of rivers, hardwoods, and pine trees that your dog will love exploring. There is a two mike paved hiking trail that your pup can use for a good walk that has a connection to the Great River Trailhead. Just down the road from Montissippi County Park is the Hillcrest Park. This dogtastic park offers a baseball and softball field, climbing wall, a picnic area, and a playground. Make sure to bring plenty of water and clean-up bags with you to the park.

Broadway Street East

The 4th Street Park offers great amenities that you and your pup can enjoy together. There is a baseball and softball field, basketball court, hockey rink, pickleball area, picnic area, and a playground. Take a walk on the paved path that goes around the park with your four legged friend. Down the road from the 4th Street Park is the Ellison Park. This beautiful park sits along the Mississippi River and offers a gazebo, playground, play areas, restrooms, and a covered picnic area. They offer a great walking path along the river that you both can use for an awesome walk together.

River Street West/ River Street East

Sitting along the Mississippi River is the West Bridge Park. This beautiful park has amazing amenities for you and your pup, including a basketball court, gazebo, picnic area, playground, and restrooms. There is a wonderful nature trail that you and your dog can use for a great walk outdoors. Right next door and on the other side of the road is the East Bridge Park. This park has a few less amenities then the West Bridge Park, but still an amazing park to hang out at with Fido. Enjoy the flower garden, gazebo, picnic area, and walking path that takes you along the river.

County Rd 37 / Edmonson Ave NE

Take a great hike on the Bertram Chain of Lakes trail. This trail is 8.6-miles long with a 328-foot elevation gain, and a loop style route. The trail is perfect for first time hikers and their dogs, and is also popular with mountain bikers. If your dog isn't much of a hiker, check out the Bertram Chain of Lakes Regional Park that offers amazing activities like hiking, swimming, and fishing. The park sits on the Bertram Lake and features a great scenic view for a walk with your pup. Make sure to bring plenty of water with you when you visit the park.
