This small but beautiful park offers 1.4 acres of grounds to explore. Wander along the paved paths that meander past the sports courts and kiddie playground. Why not bring a blanket to spread out on the grass and enjoy a picnic lunch with your fur-iendly friend? Be sure to keep Fido on leash throughout this park, and bring water. Restrooms are not on site, so plan accordingly.

Lucia Ridge

In the Lucia Ridge neighborhood in Branson, 26 miles northeast of Lampe, you and your pup can visit Sunset Park, situated on 21 acres on Lake Taneycomo. Hop on the mile walking trail which is perfect for all pup-abilities! Or how about playing a game of disc golf together? Next, head to Alexander Park. There are sports fields, a kiddie playground, and plenty of picnic tables to have lunch throughout this 7-acre park. Restrooms with water are also on site. Hungry yet? Stop by Billy Bob Dairyland for a burger and shake to enjoy at their dog-friendly tables.

South Branson

Look no further than Table Rock State Park in Branson, 26 miles northeast of Lampe. This 356 acres is stocked full of hiking trails that meander through this pristine park. If you have an elderly pup, hop on the Chinquapin Trail which runs for 1.6 miles on naturally-flat surfaces. It passes an overnight campground and amphitheater. Along this trail, you can pick up the Table Rock Lakeshore Trail where you can photograph rare wildflowers. There are many stream and water crossings where Fido can cool himself. Keep your pup on leash throughout.

Big Hollow

The Chad A Fuqua Memorial Park, in the Big Hollow neighborhood of the city of Hollister, 25 miles northeast of Lampe, is where you and pup can enjoy the summer days! Jump on the open space trails that run throughout the park for some quiet, relaxation time strolling together. Need some time to sit and enjoy the scenery? There are plenty of picnic tables and benches to rest pup’s weary legs! Or check out the flicks with your fur-ever friend during their summer movie series in the park! Hungry?Dog-friendly patio tables await you at Grandma’s Goodie’s and Gumbo Cajun Restaurant.

Branson North

In the Branson North neighborhood in Branson, 26 miles northeast of Lampe, Fido will be able to romp with his pup-friends at the Elmo & Rosalea Marrs Memorial Dog Park. Located in Stockstill Park, this facility sports 1.5 acres of fenced, off-leash fun where Fido can play. There is a small fee to play, so plan accordingly. Afterwards, enjoy a stroll along Roark Creek for a ½ walk on their paved path, or just enjoy Stockstill’s 62 acres to picnic or catch a softball game. Head to Pizza World afterwards to dine at their outdoor, pet-friendly tables.
