Dog Areas in Johnson

1 Eatery

Johnson is a small city set deep in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas that more than 3,500 people call home. The city wasn't incorporated until the 1960s, but it has since benefited from rapid expansion and a population boom. Johnson is a great place to call home, and it has all of the amenities a city needs to raise happy and healthy families, including your four-legged family members, of course! Johnson doesn't have its own off-leash dog park, but there are several nearby, as well a handful of veterinary offices.

When it comes to grabbing a bite to eat in Johnson where your dog can join you, the delicious Golden Kolache Bakery is your best bet! This Fido-friendly eatery has outdoor tables where your dog can hang out with you. While you're here, try a kolache, a Czech pastry that has either a sweet or savory filling. Golden Kolache Bakery is open Tuesday to Saturday. Be advised that your dog must remain at the table while you go in to order. Once you've had a treat, it's time to set off to a nearby dog park and get to know the area with your pooch!
