North Artesia
North Artesia has plenty for dog walkers and their pups to see and do. Guadalupe Park is one of several open green spaces in the area where you can throw around a ball or two, or lay out a blanket for a dog-friendly picnic! Just down the road, you will find the Martin Luther King Junior Recreational Complex. This recreational park is open for two- and four-legged visitors to get plenty of exercise during nice weather. Just bring plenty of drinking water and waste bags for your trip so that you won't have to rush to get home!36

Central Artesia
Central Artesia is home to a large open park called Eagle Draw Park. This park has several different green spaces to choose from, complete with pavilions for larger family events. Your whole fur family will love packing up a bag and heading out to this park on a weekend for picnics, games of fetch, and plenty of room to walk. Davis Park is a small green space on this side of town if you are looking for a quiet place that doesn't get too crowded to take your pup for a walk after a long day. If your dog doesn't mind meeting other dogs and their humans, J-C Park is a pupular destination for all of the tail-waggin' walkers throughout the city of Artesia. There are lots of places to sit and enjoy the weather in this pupperific park as well!12

East Artesia
East Artesia is home to Eagle Creek, one of the many natural water sources that helped the town grow and thrive.
