Book now“Dogs are my life!!!”
Hi! My name is Dominique and I’ve loved dogs since I was a little girl. I have plenty of experience in animal care as I’ve taken care of neighbors/friends animals, worked at petsmart, volunteered at the cat center at petsmart, and worked as a kennel tech. The short period of time I did not have a pup in my house was the most boring and sad time. I love getting the opportunity to meet and spend time with so many different fur babies!

Best Dog Friendly Neighborhoods in Hobbs
Norte Vista
Norte Vista
The Del Norte Dog Park is situated in the northern part of town and offers Fido a perfect place to socialize with his puppy friends. The park is divided into two sections, one for large dogs and one side for smaller pups. There is agility equipment where your pooch can show off his skills, and water is also available in the park. With plenty of room for Fido to run around or roll in the grass, pup parents can relax on a bench and chat with friends. If you are looking for a pooch-friendly place to spend the night, TownePlace Suites by Marriott will allow pets for an extra fee.
Washington Park
Washington Park
When Fido is feeling a little frisky and needs some energetic exercise, head over to the Charlie Brown Park on East Dunnam Street. Your pooch will enjoy strolling around the park sniffing the trees and rolling in the grass. You can also walk along the trails through the park or stop by one of the picnic pavilions and enjoy a snack. If you are out with the kids, they will have a ton of fun on the playground. Just a couple blocks south of Charlie Brown Park, Fido will also enjoy Washington Park where he can run around the baseball fields and chase a ball or stop by the restrooms and refill your water bottles from the fountain.
Marland Blvd
Marland Blvd
Situated on the east side of Marland Blvd, the Burnell/Hobbs RV Park is pooch-friendly and offers a great place to spend a few days, few weeks or few months in Hobbs. The RV park allows long-term space rentals and pups can enjoy walking around the area as long as they stay on a leash. You will find many pooch-friendly residents who will love your well-behaved pup. Although there is no fenced in area where you can let Fido run around off-leash, you can walk to one of the nearby parks in the nearby neighborhood of Washington Park. Just remember to bring your doggie waste bags and clean up after your pup.
Jefferson Street
Jefferson Street
If you are planning to spend some time in the Jefferson Street area of Hobbs, Days Inn is a wonderful pet-friendly hotel where Fido can stay for a small extra fee. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of town and just a couple blocks from City Park. The park features plenty of space to walk your pup and let him have a snifftastic time rolling in the grass and frolicking in plants and flowers. Kids can run around the playground, and the sports courts have lights during the night making it a great destination for an evening walk.
Heizer
Heizer
Take your four-legged family member for a walk at Heizer Park in this neighborhood of the same name. There are wide open spaces where your pooch can run around and chase a ball, or just walk some laps around the park and get some exercise. You can also invite friends and their pups for a BBQ and hang out at one of the picnic pavilions. The basketball and volleyball courts have lights which make this park a perfect place to give Fido his walk before bedtime. Be sure to bring a bowl to get water for your pup at the restrooms.
