Homestead Meadows North is an area adjacent to the City of El Paso. Central El Paso offers many different sights and things to do. Holiday Inn Express El Paso Central is located at 409 E. Missouri Avenue. This hotel welcomes up to four dogs of any size for an additional fee of $25 per dog per stay. Hotel Indigo El Paso Downtown is located at 325 Kansas Street. Hotel Indigo allows dogs up to 165 pounds to stay for an additional fee of $75 per dog per stay. The former residence of Ben Suarez is located at West Nevada Avenue. This Airbnb offers one bedroom that will accommodate a dog.

Eastwood Park in nearby East El Paso is called Album Park by the locals. It is located at 3110 Parkwood Street. This is a large city park with plenty of open spaces for a person and dog on leash to explore. The park has all the usual amenities such as restrooms, a playground, and picnic sites. There is a 4-mile trail for you and your pup to walk together on. Eastwood Park has a very basic dog park in it. The dog park has a single fenced in area for some off-leash freedom There is no separate area for smaller dogs. The ground in this dog park is covered with gravel. There is no water, but doggie waste bags are supplied.

South El Paso

Pebble Hills Dog Park is located at 12701 Pebble Hills Blvd. in South El Paso. Pebble Hills gives dogs a chance to run off leash and socialize. It encompasses three grassy acres which are fully fenced and include a separate enclosure for small dogs. There are some pieces of agility equipment for added exercise, training, and fun. There is no water available at this dog park. El Palmas Marketplace is located at 1331 George Dieter Drive. El Palmas is a collection of retail shops around a common area. Dogs are welcome on leash in those common areas. Individual retailers have their own policies. Some of these retailers do allow leashed dogs in their stores, but customers should check with the store manager first.

West El Paso

West El Paso

Homestead Meadows North is less than 15 miles from West El Paso. Westside Dog Park is located at 7400 High Ridge Blvd. Dogs run leash free in this 3-acre, fully fenced dog park. A separate enclosure is set aside for the smaller dogs. Westside Park has water onsite, and doggie waste bags are stocked. The dog park gives the people a few benches under the shade from which to watch their pups. The Black Orchid Lounge is located at 6127 N. Mesa Street and serves exotic alcoholic drinks and craft beers with its food. This restaurant has dog-friendly outdoor seating for you and your pup.
North El Paso

North El Paso

Homestead Meadows North is adjacent to North El Paso. Franklin Mountains State Park is located at 1331 McKelligon Canyon Road. This pawesome park has over 24,000 acres for you and Fido to explore. Within those 24,000 acres are 100 miles of trails that you and your dog can hike on. A leash will be required, though. The trails in this park are somewhat rugged. All hikers should be prepared with the right shoes and plenty of water. There are guided walking trails for less athletic dogs and people. Dogs are welcome at the campsite at the state park. They must be on leash and under control at all times.
