The Woods of Windsor Pointe is a rural community with a few residential homes and thick woods on the south side of the city. Plum Creek Park South takes up over 60 acres of those woods, and offer people and pups way more when they come to visit. There's a 1.5-mile paved trail, connected to nature trails that explore the forest, small open fields for playing, two fishing ponds with piers, a playground, and a pavilion for picnics. The park has facilities including barbeque stands, restrooms, and a small visitors center for new visitors. Dogs are always welcome in the park, and they are not required to be on a leash as long as they are under voice command.

Laurel Square
Laurel Square is a residential community outside of the city's central area, filled with rows of homes. Although pretty busy, the district has a nice and quiet park known as Hopkins Park, which is an open and spacious park with 7 soccer fields surrounded by trees. There's paved walkways, two pavilions, a playground, and lots of room to run around and play in. Mooney Park is a similar park, only it has 4 fenced-in baseball fields with paved walkways, and other amenities like nighttime lights, restrooms, another pavilion, and water fountains. Dogs have to be on a leash inside both parks.

Hickory Ridge
Hickory Ridge is a cozy residential community on the west side of town, with school districts and small shopping areas. The park of choice for residents is Neura Park, thanks to its dog-friendliness and space to play with Fido. There are open fields that surround two fenced-in baseball fields, enclosed tennis courts, a gazebo and picnic shelter. Shaded sitting areas are scattered throughout the park, along with water fountains, clean-up stations, and trash bins. Dogs can play in the open space or in the baseball courts, but must be on a leash outside of the baseball fields. City Park is another park that is inside the neighborhood featuring an open area and paved walking trails. Remember to bring water and clean-up bags, and keep Fido on a leash.

North Brunswick
North Brunswick is a large community that takes up the northern side of the city, filled with residential homes and dense woods. In the middle of the community is Venus Park, which provides residents a scenic place to play and go for a walk. A creek cuts through the park, offering a place to fish, with a bridge that crosses over it. There are paved walkways, shaded sitting areas, a playground, swingsets, and a basketball court. On each side of the creek, there is plenty of space to roam, with features like water fountains and benches. North Park is another park in the area that has over 65 acres of land to play in. Inside the large space are open areas, a roomy venue, picnic areas, a playground, a fishing lake, and 2.2-miles of trails that loop around the lake. Dogs must be on a leash inside both parks.

Southbridge Estates is a rural community with open fields and residential homes backed by vast farmlands to the south. Inside the community is the Pumpkin Ridge Park, an open area that is enclosed by thick trees, with a sandy and grassy terrain. The park is dog-friendly and does not require pups to be on a leash inside the area, with lots of room to run around and play, and a baseball field. Owners will have to remember to bring water and clean-up bags before coming to the park. The area also has an unmarked, but open pond available to residents and pups, which hosts a small picnic area and fishing pier.
