Twenty-three minutes west of Sachse is the NorthBark Dog Park in Dallas, Texas. This 22-acre park is an off-leash paradise for both you and Fido! There is an area for big dogs, an area for small dogs, and plenty of open space. There are also walking trails throughout the park, as well as a pond, plenty of seating and shade, and even a doggie shower if they happen to get messy during your visit. Along with a water fountain for dogs, NorthBark Dog Park also has a water fountain for humans as well as restrooms. You and your dog will love how clean this park is kept, too!

There's another awesome dog park in Dallas called the White Rock Lake Dog Park at Mockingbird Point Park, and it's less than a half-hour drive from Sachse. This two-acre park is a favorite community spot, and it is frequented by friendly people and their dogs. Thanks to some recent renovations, White Rock Lake Dog Park has a two-acre large dog area and a one-acre small dog area. There is also lake access through the park that includes a boat launch. Throughout the park, there is lighting for nighttime walks, plenty of seating, trees, and dog waste stations.

It's only a 22-minute drive from Sachse, and the Jack Carter Dog Park in Plano, Texas will become a new favorite of yours right off the bat! This two-acre dog park is fully fenced with a double-gated entrance, separate small and large dog sections, and many other amenities to keep both human and canine guests comfortable. The park has shade shelters and a water station for humans and dogs which is critical on hot Texas days. Jack Carter Dog Park has LED lighting, and before the park closes at 9:30 PM, the lights will flash as a warning. You'll also find everything you need for waste disposal at this park.

Within B.F. Phillips Community Park in Frisco, Texas is a fenced, 2.5-acre off-leash area for dogs, and this park is only a half-hour's drive from Sachse. The Ruff Range Dog Park, AKA Frisco Dog Park, is open from sunrise to sunset each day, and it has one section for dogs under 35 pounds, and another for dogs who weigh more than that. There is varying terrain throughout the park, with hills for your dog to run, benches, and pavilions. Ruff Range has recently begun holding an annual Doggy Splash Day, where over 300 dogs got to swim at the Frisco Athletic Center!

Addison, Texas is about a 25-minute drive from Sachse, and in the town center, there is a dog park you'll want to add to your "must see" list right away. The Les Lacs Linear Park is the largest park in Addison, and it has an off-leash dog park with a separate section for small dogs. This park has multiple trails, two playgrounds, picnic tables, grills, sports fields, and a beautiful garden. Your pet can join you in other areas of the park, but they must be on a leash. The dog park is open from 5 AM to 11 PM, so it accommodates early risers or night owls who need to exercise their dogs.
