Southlake City Center

Dogs of all shapes and sizes flock to BooBoo’s Buddies Dog Park to let loose and enjoy some off leash free time. This canine favorite is located in Southlake’s City Center in Bob Jones Park. Your four legged buddy will love the opportunity to mix and mingle with new friends. There’s plenty of room for romping and wrestling so dogs can play to their heart’s content. Petite pooches have a separate area from their larger peers, so everyone can enjoy the park at their own pace. Shaded areas and benches make this a welcome environment for two legged visitors. Water spigots are available, but be sure to bring your own bowl for your furry pal.

Northwest Southlake

The Northwest Southlake neighborhood is home to Bicentennial Park. This local gem of a park will definitely get your pup’s tail waggin’. With amenities like sports courts, playgrounds, concession stands and a fishing pond, it’s no wonder that this park draws plenty of visitors. The park has boat ramps and a marina. If you’re heading out onto the lake, make sure your pup stays safe while cruising the open waters. If your dog is a land only creature, check out the 1.3 mile Oak Grove Trail, or just hang out by the water and enjoy the beautiful scenery with your furry BFF by your side.

Situated in the Timberline Drive and William D Tate Avenue neighborhood of Grapevine, this picturesque park is less than five miles from Southlake. Your pooch can stretch her four legs as you follow the trail around the park. If your pup has some extra energy to burn, venture onto the Bear Creek Trail. This trail leaves the park and runs for about four miles. Be sure to bring plenty of water to keep her hydrated. No doubt she’ll give this park two enthusiastic paws up!
