Havre De Grace Town Center
The Havre De Grace Town Center isn't only known for its busy shopping district, but its beautiful views of the Susquehanna River. It's no surprise that the Jean S. Roberts Memorial Park is right along the river, offering .9 acres of open space for activities, such as fishing. The park is open from 6 AM to 10 PM, and allows leashed pups in the park, with additional amenities like a boat launch, picnic shelter, water fountains, clean-up stations, and pavilion. The Frank J. Hutchins Memorial Park is also along the water, and features a paved greenway, small beach area, dock, pavilion and open grassy areas. Whether fishing, swimming or enjoying a walk, Fido will be welcome here.36

Southern Havre De Grace
Southern Havre De Grace provides the residential homes in the area with gorgeous views of the bay and river nearby. There's also plenty of green space, like the area that belongs to Tydings Park, a 22-acre park that has a playground, shaded walking paths, gazebo, and picnic area. The serene area offers the most peaceful place in the neighborhood to walk Fido, with access to clean-up bags and water fountains. Todd Park is also in the community and provides residents and pups a large open space to run around and play, with a grassy terrain that is surrounded by oak trees. Don't forget to leash up Fido before coming here!24

Rock Run
Rock Run is a pretty rural neighborhood, with a few residential homes and thick forests scattered throughout. The Susquehanna State Park is also located here and includes over 1,000 acres of land along the Susquehanna River. The protected park is open from 9 AM to sunset, with river access for fishing, swimming, and boating. There are over 7 different trails that are combined to make up more than 12 miles of paths made from concrete and dirt. These trails connect picnic areas, open areas, and historic sites. Dogs are not required to be on a leash inside the park, although the area is not fenced-in. You can also enjoy the camping site, fishing spot and other amenities, like water fountains and benches.12

swan Creek
Swan Creek is an eastern neighborhood in Havre de Grace and can be described as pretty quiet, with gorgeous views of the river, the actual Swan Creek, and natural wetlands. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the double park of Mullins Park and Oakington Manor that are connected to each other along the creek. The two parks make up over 20 acres, and provide residents with a small parking area, nature paths, and open space to play in. Dogs are welcome in these areas, and are not required to be on a leash despite the area not being fenced-in. Don't forget to bring some water and clean-up bags to these parks though.
