Dogs love visiting the local McDonald’s with their humans for a quick bite to eat at their outdoor tables. Richardson Park is a great local green space where your dog can roll in the grass while waiting for you to throw that tennis ball! Just don’t forget your waste bags or your drinking water so that you can get the most out of your time out with your dog. Riviera Maya is a classic eatery with plenty of outdoor tables where dogs are welcome, but you will want to call ahead if the weather is questionable.

East Rising Sun

East Rising Sun is a sleepy little part of town just minutes from Central Rising Sun. Cecil County Parks and Recreation is just a short drive to the south, and it's a pupperific place to take your furry family on a Saturday afternoon for some tail-wagging fun in the sun. Your dog will go nose over tail when she gets a sniff of the trees and wildlife that make walking through this park so pleasant and relaxing after a long week of work. You will need clean-up bags and plenty of drinking water for your day. You may also want to bring a picnic blanket to relax on the grass while your dog rolls around.

South Rising Sun

South Rising Sun is a beautiful part of town where you can enjoy plenty of fresh air and fun scenic walks with your four-legged walking buddy. Stubbs Hill Regional Park is a local favorite for dog walkers and dog parents looking for a pawesome place to have some fun and spend some quality time together. Your dog will have loads of fun running through the fields or chasing tennis balls with you, or you can just go for a relaxing, leisurely stroll on the walking paths around the park.
