"Charles was absolutely fantastic! He sent so many great videos and was texting me updates the entire time. I knew Baloo was in great hands! And he navigated our kind of confusing building. I hope we get Charles again as a walker, he was so great! "

"Rachel was my first experience with Wag! Walkers, and I was very happy with the experience! I was able to watch on my pet cam when she picked up and dropped off my pup Sami (nervous first timer!), and then she sent me cute little videos from the walk itself. Sami is a recent rescue, and Rachel even worked on leash skills with her, and commented on it in the report card. I can tell Sami enjoyed herself! Definitely would use Rachel again. "
