Alessandra was absolutely INCREDIBLE with both of our dogs. From the moment she arrived she took the time to connect with each of our dogs individually and made sure they were completely comfortable before heading outside. I received real-time updates during the walk, which made my day and gave me so much peace of mind. She even gave the girls treats and refilled their water bowl after the walk so they d be hydrated and comfortable. She went above and beyond and we couldn t be more thrilled with the service she provided. You can tell she truly cares about animals and has a natural, calming presence that dogs respond to. Our girls came back happy, relaxed, and ready for a nap. I couldn t recommend her more!
