Rimforest is a small community in San Bernardino County, California that only around 200 people call home. It's often grouped in with the larger community of Lake Arrowhead, which also includes a handful of other communities. These areas are very popular with tourists, and tourism is the primary industry in the area. More than four million people visit the Lake Arrowhead area every year to take in the warm weather, beautiful surroundings, and recreational activities nearby. Rimforest doesn't have its own off-leash dog park, but a dog-friendly activity is always just minutes away from you.
About 30 miles south of Rimforest is the city of Riverside, California. In the northern quadrant of town, there's a place called the Carlson Dog Park, and it's a favorite for visitors and locals alike. This large, fenced-in dog park has enclosures for large dogs and small dogs and provides drinking water and waste clean-up supplies. The large dog area features agility equipment, and there are trails right outside of the fenced-in area where you can also walk with your dog if they're on a leash.
