The trail is mostly dirt walking/hiking paths. Leash up your pup and enjoy the stellar forest and mountain views in the Mt. Massive Wilderness. Beware beginners: This trail is ranked as hard and consists of a moderate-strenuous terrain. Don't forget to bring pawlenty of water and doggie waste bags, as there are none available along the trail.
