W Lanier Ave/Grady Ave
The Ridge Nature Preserve in Fayetteville is a picturesque place to take Fido for a walk and a must-see if in the area. Located between two creeks, this newly-developed area offers numerous hiking trails on over 308 acres of natural bushland. Get your bearings at the site map, located at the entrance to the park, and see if you can find the rest area with the three big oaks. There are picnic areas and toilet facilities here, so pack yourself some lunch and make a day of it! Make sure you also take plenty of drinking water for you both and clean up bags for pup.
