Ketchum is a small town with a big personality comfortably nestled within the mountains of Idaho. Originally a wealthy mining district, this area has since flourished as a resort town. Ketchum is bordered by the ski resort town of Sun Valley and is included in the Wood River Valley community. Ski enthusiasts travel from all over to shred Bald Mountain, which is directly adjacent to Ketchum.

For example, just outside the main town of Ketchum is the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, which features a whopping 756,000 acres of pristine forestland and wilderness.
