The park is double-gated and has two separate entrances. Although there are waste bag dispensers here, you should bring your own baggies, because locals note the dispensers are often empty. Also be sure to bring your own water, as there is no running water source in the park. You and Fido will still have a ball here, though! (A tennis ball, that is.) Your pup is welcome to explore the rest of Phillips Park with you, as long as he stays on-leash.
