I have lived with pets (dogs, cats, fish, and even a hedgehog!) all my life. I worked as a dog walker and pet sitter while completing an internship a few years ago, and it was one of the best jobs I have ever had! Being around dogs makes me happy, and I am excited to spend time walking and caring for your pets!

Hi, I'm Jim. I grew up with dogs and have always enjoyed their company. I understand that my clients consider their pets as family. Each dog has it's own personality and I love spending time with them. I could also use the exercise. I've volunteered at animal shelters and haven't met a doggo I didn't like. I have a second job and usually am not available from 4PM to 11PM Mon-Fri

My name is Sarah. I'm a young professional with a profound love of dogs. I've been dog sitting for friends, coworkers, and people in the St Louis area for about 3 years now, and I volunteer at a local animal shelter as a dog walker. I’ve met some truly amazing dogs during that time and I look forward to meeting yours.

Hi, my name is Maddie, and I am so happy to be walking for Wag. I currently own a Pit/Rottweiler/Boxer mix named Midori who is the gentlest dog you'll ever meet. I adopted Midori from a shelter in Tucson, AZ while I was in college. I've been dog sitting dozens of dogs of all breeds for family, friends, and neighbors for as long as I can remember. I am also an active volunteer for Stray Rescue, which is just blocks from my apartment in downtown St. Louis. I have so much fun with all the dogs I care for, and I can't wait to have fun with your dog too!

“Jogs with dogs & let the pooches dictate the pace!”
I bring much love & attention to the pet care industry, having grown up around dogs since birth. As a child, I developed a strong affinity for all animals; so I began servicing our 4 legged friends. I earned the reputation for showing a great deal of responsibility while walking, interacting & managing our beloved furry family members, over extended periods/years. I have exercised dogs of all size, age & breed and in all weather conditions. Let this cardio/canine connection benefit us all!

“Understanding, thorough, caring”
I have always loved animals. I do not have a favorite pet. I actually found the love of animals from bringing in strays as a child and going through various training for Veterinary Ass/Tech positions. I really can't wait to provide an essential need for your pet. I have my own critters so I understand how important their care is to an owner/ pet parent.

Just 15-20 minutes away by car from downtown St. Louis, O'Fallon is one of the fastest-growing cities in Southwestern Illinois, and in the Greater St. Louis area. The city prides itself for being dog-friendly, with a number of parks and establishments welcoming four-legged residents and visitors. O'Fallon has five veterinary clinics looking after the well-being of its critters.
The king of all parks in the city is the O'Fallon Family Sports Park, a 200-acre complex designed to accommodate special events, recreational activities, and local and national tournaments. While animals are not allowed inside the park, Fido is welcome to explore its exterior, which includes a 2.1-mile walking/running path and a couple of fishing ponds.
When hunger hits, finding somewhere to grab a bite with Fido in tow shouldn't be a problem. The Egg & I, a breakfast and brunch place, has four pup-friendly outdoor tables. You can also share a sugar-free froyo with your best pal at Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt. If you feel like getting a pint, Global Brew has 40 outdoor seats where you can enjoy a craft beer.
Looking for a place to spend the night? There are nine pet-friendly accommodations in O'Fallon, including Super 8, Sleep Inn, and Drury Inn & Suites, all of which allow dogs of all sizes for an additional fee.
So stay for a day, or a weekend, and enjoy all that O'Fallon has to offer!
Rock Springs Park is the place to be if you're a dog in O'Fallon. Inside this 109-acre park is the city's only dog park, where pups are free to play and run around without a leash. Locals love the O'Fallon Dog Park for its large size, and there's even an agility course for athletic pooches. Outside the dog park, Rock Springs Park has some walking and nature trails that lead through the woods and beside a creek, so you and Fido can get some exercise together while admiring the different species of wildflowers and prairie grass. Keep in mind that dogs must stay on a leash while on the trails and anywhere else outside the off-leash area.
Downtown North is where you'll find the O'Fallon Community Park, a large green space surrounded by lots of tall, old trees. A sidewalk wraps around the entire park, making it accessible from all sides. Walk or jog with Fido along the perimeter or go on the shorter, inner walking trail. Either way, the trees offer plenty of shade, so you don't have to worry about your dog getting too hot. If you feel like having a snack while in the neighborhood, Sweet Katie Bee's Cupcake and Coffee Bar is about a 10-minute walk from the park. Here, you can order vegan and gluten-free options at one of their three outdoor tables.
Located in a neighborhood with the same name, Hesse Park is a furrific place for a morning walk with your pooch. Spanning 22 acres, the park has a basketball court, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, playgrounds, and picnic shelters, but its best feature is probably the tree-covered, mile-long trail. There's no better way to start the day than to work up a light sweat while enjoying the lush trees and fresh air, with your best friend by your side. Locals use this asphalt rail trail to walk or bike between Hesse Park and Downtown North. It's also a nice area to take pictures of your pup.
Safe, secluded, and dog-friendly. These are just some of the things that residents of the Bluffs at Ogles Creek love about their neighborhood. Here, you'll find the Ogles Creek Park, a five-acre park situated next to its namesake body of water. Despite being one of the smaller and less equipped parks in the city, Ogles Creek Park still provides enough space for Fido to walk and sniff around. It is minimally furnished with a single picnic pavilion, making it a good choice for when you just want to spend a quiet afternoon with your dog, without the distractions of a bigger park.
Shiloh may be a quiet town, but the dogs that live here know how to have fun. If you and Fido find yourselves in this village, which is just a four-minute drive away from O'Fallon, be sure to stop by the Shiloh Dog Park to meet some of its local furry residents. This dog park has separate areas for small and large dogs, benches for humans, and water fountains for both people and pooches. Communal tennis balls are also provided. Dogs must be leashed when outside the dog park, and off-leash when inside. If you packed some food, save it for until after Fido's playdate, as food of any kind is not allowed in the dog park.
