I am a recent graduate of Loyola University Chicago! I have experience dog-sitting, even including a professor's dog. I also volunteered for a summer at the humane society. I have a huge heart for dogs, especially for their happiness and well-being, and would be grateful for the opportunity to walk your dog!
After years of begging my parents, I adopted my best friend, Rascal, when I was eight years old and he has been by my side ever since. Adopting him inspired me to start volunteering at Shelter From the Storm, the local rescue where we got him from, and taking on pet-sitting jobs around my neighborhood. Now, as a part-time college student and a full-time animal lover, I love being a pet-sitter because it brings me into contact with so many wonderful animals. With each and every dog having it's own unique personality, I could never get bored of this job.
Hi there! My name is Rebecca, a new lawyer and long-time mom to my 110 lbs boxer-hound mix, Chuck. I love all animals, not just dogs, and was even President of my law school’s Student Animal Legal Defense Fund! I have experience with all types of dogs, ranging from teacup to giant. I love making new furry friends!
Growing up on a farm, I have been caring for animals my whole life. I have had dogs throughout my entire life and had the joy of raising two litters of puppies! I love dogs and will provide the best care for yours!
In another life, I was a dog. I was probably a Border Collie because I get most excited having work to do outdoors and a mission. I grew up with all different kinds of dogs, horses, snakes, rodents and found out really quickly I get along best with people who love animals (and humans, we're animals too!). I am a teacher and adventurer with a passion for satiating scientific curiosity. I am punctual, honest, fun, calm and loving and will take care of your dog(s) as if they were my own furry companions. I can't wait to meet you and your furry companion(s) and represent Wag! with pride.
