The dog park features 7 acres of pure country-style joy, with two separate areas for pooches of different sizes. One of the sides has plenty of trees and shade, while the other is an open space for running and chasing each other. No need to take water with you; there are plenty of drinking fountains spread all over the park, as well as a fire hydrant outside the area.

Jacobson Park, the closest neighbor of Lake Crossing, is located just outside the central area of Lexington to the southeast, right across from the Lakeside Golf Course. Jacobson Dog Park has its own history; it was the first dog park in Lexington, with only 1 acre of space for canines. Now, it is fully renovated, extended to 3 acres, and is waiting for more tail-waggers to visit from all over the state! The dog park is set within the main park off Richmond Road.
