Hello! I’m very excited to meet your pupper. I fell in love with dogs as a child, eventually, I was able to convince my mom to get an English Mastiff. Go big or go home I guess was my thought! We spent a lot of time taking their training courses and learning how to walk our giant baby. With a great harness and great training, I can say I’ve never had a problem walking a dog that’s twice my size. When I moved out to San Diego I had to leave my sweet boy (my mom refused to give him up) and can’t wait for some kisses from your baby.

I'm Rachel. I was raised in KY and was lucky enough to be surrounded by dogs my entire life! I grew up with 2 furry friends, Midnight and Peanut, who've had my heart since the day we rescued them. I started to walk and sit dogs for family members, neighbors, and friends at 15. I've had plenty of experience working with furry friends of all shapes and sizes. I look forward to incorporating two of my passions, playing with dogs and exercising, into one work opportunity!

The name is Ally and I've been around dogs and horses now for about 18 years. My goal in life to eventually manage a rehab facility for horses and maybe even add on a dog department simply because where there's horses, there's likely to be dogs! Overall I'd love to be able to keep working with animals for the rest of my life because there's nothing better!

Dog Walking in Frankfort

Frankfort is the capital of Kentucky, known for its historical sites, southern hospitality, and amazing bourbon. With the Kentucky River running through it, there are a myriad of outdoor and riverfront adventures waiting for you and Fido in Frankfort. This river city has six veterinary facilities, so you can rest assured that your doggo will be taken care of if needed.

The Leslie Morris Park on Fort Hill is a pawtastic place to go for a walk with Fido while learning about the history of Frankfort. This park houses two Civil War forts and an 1810 log building that now serves as the visitor center, and is surrounded by 125 acres of forest inhabited by several species of wildlife. Follow the trails to explore the area and get to the top of the hill, where you and your pooch will be greeted by beautiful views of downtown Frankfort.

Bourbon enthusiasts shouldn't miss the chance to visit the Buffalo Trace Distillery, the world's most award-winning distillery. Furtunately, you can bring your pooch along as you tour this National Historic Landmark—he might even receive some treats from the staff! The only places where Fido isn't allowed are the bottling halls; even the gift shop is dog-friendly.

Come experience the sights, sounds, and tastes of Frankfort with your pup!
