Hi my name is Arty and I am a huge animal lover. I have had pets my whole life and I could not picture my life without one. I have a twelve year old Husky named Zoey who is the whole world to me. I have worked as a dog trainer in the past and have helped work the kennels for dogs that were boarding. I think of my dog as a member of my family and I always treat any animal I come in contact with the same way. I look forward to meeting your pet and making a new four- legged friend.

“Pet Walking/Running/Sitting/training and Bathing”

Hi, My name is James!!!! I have been around dogs and cats my whole life. I have a 3 year Old female Ibizan hound, she’s a very fast dog, Always keeps me on my toes, but I will be as careful with your pet as I am with my own. I know that most pet parents like myself think of their pets as members of the family, and therefore they should be treated with all the same decency, so if I’m walking/sitting your dog/cat you can be stress free knowing your pet is in good hands!!!!

I grew up with a large, enthusiastic rescue dog and am at ease with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Despite not currently owning a dog, I do have a god-dog whom I adore! His name is Kirby and two of his favorite past-times are moving dirty socks to the living room while everyone is asleep and napping in the bathtub during the summer months. My friends use me as their go-to dog sitter because of my patience, reliability, and how happy their dogs get when they see me!

I've grown up around dogs and my love for the animals has continued into my adulthood. I have a history of working with dogs of varying sizes, temperaments, and activity levels. Currently I'm in college with the hope of becoming a veterinarian so I am always sure to make pet safety a priority. I deeply understand the importance of enrichment in a dog's daily life and I look forward to doing the best I can to ensure that happens.

I have had the honor of living with various animals, mostly dogs, throughout my life, and I currently have an amazing 10 year old Pit that I adopted as a puppy. Her name is Lola, and since retiring from the Army in 2011 I spend most of my time with her. We usually take 3 walks a day, weather permitting. I am a "dog person" through and through, and look forward to meeting and walking some new friends with Wag. (Don't worry, Lola will still get her walks too)

I have always had good dogs, I have taken care of two labrador puppies, they are great friends in our lives, it is a rewarding job to walk with a dog because they also help us to practice physical activity. Says a saying that "The dog is hemem's best friend," I completely agree, he never treats us with falsehood and passes all the situations that are next to us, never leaves his creators even when they change their homes, they are another member of our family.

Dog Walking in Marshfield

Marshfield is a coastal town in Plymouth County that sits on the northern end of Cape Cod Bay. With picturesque views of the sea, parks for walking, and beaches for relaxing, it’s no wonder local canines love their community. Dogs in this town also know that if they ever feel under the weather, they’ve got two pawsome veterinary clinics just waiting to help out.

Next time your furry BFF needs a walk, clip on his leash and pay a visit to Pudding Hill Reservation. Escape the hustle and bustle of life in this tranquil park. As he follows the trails, your pooch will find an open meadow, pond, stream, and a fragrant forest of pines. He’ll love getting his exercise in such a beautiful setting.

If you don’t feel like cooking, grab your pooch and check out one of Marshfield’s dog friendly restaurants. Head over to Erich’s Clam Shack for a lobster roll, fried clams, or stuffed haddock. Enjoy a waterfront view as you sit with your pooch on the patio. Green Harbor Lobster Pound is another local seafood spot that welcomes pups, and features a menu full of mouthwatering dishes such as clam chowder, lobster, and shrimp. They even have hot dogs and burgers and outside seating is available. Sounds pawsitively amazing!

Does your dog love splashing in the ocean? Then grab her towel and head over to Rexhame Beach for some fun in the sun. While most beaches in the area have canine restrictions, this one does not! Since leashed pups are welcome all year round, you get to enjoy a day at the beach without having to leave your furry BFF home. She’ll have a blast wading in the water and digging in the sand. There are some rocky patches, so make sure your pal’s paws stay safe. Be sure to explore the trails that run through the surrounding sand dunes.

Treat your dog to an afternoon at Brant Rock Beach. Like other Marshfield beaches, leashed dogs can enjoy the surf all year long. Stroll along the beach for some exercise before letting your four legged friend romp around in the water. She will love splashing around and chasing the waves. This unique beach has a sandy section and a rocky area. If you want to avoid getting a sand pile in your car or in her fur, guide her over to the stone jetty. Relax on a blanket with a picnic and, of course, a few biscuits for your pooch. No doubt about it, this beach will make your pup’s tail wag!

Looking for a new place to walk your dog? Phillips Farm Preserve is a pawsome spot to let your pal stretch his four legs. Stroll through quiet forests of maples and pines while listening to the nearby stream. This area is home to many little creatures, so don’t be surprised if you see butterflies and birds. The trail is not very long, but there are connecting paths that lead to the surrounding natural areas. If you have an energetic pooch, follow the side trails to Nelson Memorial Forest or Cornhill Woodland for some additional mileage. Don’t forget to bring some water for your four legged walking buddy.

If your pup is begging for a walk, head over to Hoyt-Hall Preserve. With over 100 acres to explore, this preserve gives your furry friend plenty of room to get some exercise. Not only will she get her heart rate going, she’ll also experience a wide variety of terrain. A network of trails runs through marshes, forested wetlands, and an upland forest. Since the preserve is home to amphibians, deer, coyote, and rabbits, chances are you’ll catch a glimpse of some wildlife. For some added history, take the Pilgrim Trail, a road dating back to the Plymouth Colony. That’s woofin’ old!

Two Mile Farm Trail is tucked away on the west side of Marshfield. The trail runs near a farm that used to collect salt hay from the river. Leash up your pup and follow the old farm cart path through a forest of white pines toward the marsh. Your pal will love the view of the open grassy meadows as you head towards North River. The trail is about a mile long, perfect for an afternoon stroll. But if your pup needs more exercise, hop over to Stetson Meadows. A network of trails weaves in and around this gorgeous conservation area.
