“I’d love to walk your dog!”

Hello, my name is Stephanie. I'm an artist and I love animals, have since I was a kid. I've always been told that I am a calm, kind, patient and observant person. Because of that, I feel like it’s always been easy for me to understand animals and get along with them. I'm currently working with a group of animators to create a short animated film and studio. I've spent a bit too much time indoors lately, so I'd love to get out more, and to do it while walking a dog would be a big plus!

“You say “walk” and I say “how far? how long?””

I am a doctoral student with some extra time to commit to being healthy and active. Most humans are not available during the times of day that I am free, and so I hope to find some furry friends to accompany me on walks during the day. I love dogs for their dependability and companionship, and it is only fair that we humans show them the same respect. You can count on me to treat your friend with kindness and care, and to always be on time for them.

“A tired dog is a happy dog!”

Hi! My name is Michelle and I’m excited to walk your dog! I’m a proud owner of 2 large breed dogs. I also foster dogs and am currently fostering a 10 month old pup. In my spare time, I volunteer at our local animal shelter in Springfield, MA. I have a lot of experience walking dogs who are new to leash walking and have learned the basics for good behavior while on leash. I was a college athlete, running cross country, indoor and outdoor track. I love to stay active by walking and hiking!

My name is Arianna and I became a dog walker because I missed being around dogs when I left for college. I have grown up with dogs my whole life, and my family currently has 2 dogs who I love to spend time with when I am back in my home state of Minnesota. I have experience working with a variety of dogs from volunteering at the Animal Humane Society for two years.

“Patient and energetic dog lover”

My name is Mason, and I live in Florence with my pit mix Beatrice. I adopted Bea when she was about two-years-old, anxious, and entirely unsocialized. Since then I have put countless hours into training and rehabilitating her, and that experience has given me the patience to look after other dogs as well. Bea has helped me become understanding and flexible with how I interact with all dogs, which makes walking and training them even more enjoyable. I look forward to meeting your furry friends!

Dog Walking in Shutesbury

The small town of Shutesbury is known for its scenic surroundings, and is home to a diverse variety of natural habitats. With both a state park and a state forest to explore, as well as a highly rated veterinarian in town, you and Fido will no doubt have so much fun in Shutesbury.

Some of the best walks in Shutesbury can be found at the Lake Wyola State Park, a 40 acre parcel of greenery that sits on the southern banks of Lake Wyola. The lake itself is a popular spot for swimming, boating and fishing, with a lifeguard on duty, while the park boasts a small sandy beach, picnic areas, and well-shaded hiking trails.

On the other side of Lake Wyola is the Lake Wyola Conservation Area. This is a rugged stretch of land, measuring around 94 acres, with a hiking trail here that runs for just under a mile.

For another walk in the wilderness, head to the Shutesbury State Forest. Although there are no official trails here, there are several unmarked dirt trails that wind their way through the mature trees, giving you and Fido the chance to see some of the area's natural beauty at its finest.

With so many pawsome walks to be had, you and your pup will enjoy exploring all that Shutesbury has to offer.
