Takoma Park has a couple of dog-friendly restaurants and trails, but the surrounding areas, like Woodside Park in Silver Spring, MD, are packed with things for you and Fido to do. About 3 miles from Takoma Park is this neighborhood of Silver Spring, which is also the home of Ellsworth Urban Dog Park. This pawtastic place has separate small and large dog areas, benches for owners, waste supplies, and more. You can also head to the trails by Sligo Creek to enjoy some more outdoor time with your pooch. The Anacostia Tributary Trail System welcomes dogs along its almost-30-mile-long trail!
