When you are out and about exploring everything that Rocheport has to offer, you are bound to get hungry! This means you have got to drop into Rocheport General Store and Cafe for a bite to eat. Here you can dig into some delicious sandwiches, soups and pizzas, as well as enjoy live music and a bar. In addition, there are some delicious dessets for a treat, such as cheesecake, pie, cake and ice cream. Since this pawsome place is dog friendly, there are lots of outdoor tables that are comfortable for you and your pooch, and there are even leash hooks for your furry friend – bone-a-petit!

New Franklin
Not far from Rocheport you will discover the pawsome puptown of New Franklin to the north west! Here you can visit the Diana Bend Conservation Area with your furry friend and have a ball. Explore the sniff-tastic trails with your beloved companion and burn some excitable energy. In addition, you can go camping here along the Missouri River, as well as have the oppawtunity to fish. There is catfish, crappie, black bass and sunfish here. In addition, you can bird watch and hunt, with deer, turkey, quail and rabbit at the Diana Bend Conservation Area. Just be sure to bring some water for your pooch when it is hot and sunny!

Boonville
For a pawsome day trip with your canine, jump in the car and head on over to the puptown of Boonville! Here you can have some fun outdoors at the Frederick T Kemper Park, and your pup can enjoy roaming around the grass. There is a sniff-tastic walking trail that you can follow for some exercise, as well as some puptastic amenities that you can use during the day. This includes baseball fields, tennis courts, a playground for the kids, restrooms and benches. If you get hungry, head to The Fred Restaurant & Lounge! Here you can get your paws into some delicious sandwiches, soups, seafood and salads for dinner, and there are outdoor tables you can sit at with your pup.

Just east from Rocheport, you will find the pawsome puptown of Columbia! Here you can visit the furrific Smithton Park with your beloved companion, which has over 12 acres of land that you can explore. There is grass for your canine, as well as puptastic amenities that you can use, including a baseball field and playground for the kids. When your stomach starts to growl, head on over to the Sports Zone! Here you can choose from burgers, sandwiches, pizza, steak and seafood for your meal, as well as enjoy an ice cold beer. Since this place is dog friendly, there are outdoor tables where you can sit with your canine.

To have some fun with your pooch, each east from Rocheport to Columbia! Here you will find the puptastic Fairview Park where you can let your canine run and roam. There is lots of green grass for playing fetch with your furry friend, as well as a paved walking path where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll during the day. Of course, there are also lots of furrific amenities at Fairview Park that you can use with the family, including four tennis courts, a playground for the kids, picnic tables and soccer fields.
